Customer Experience Manager
About the Role
Work on the full post-sales customer experience, from onboarding and activation to satisfaction and retention.
Build out the support function with an automation-first mindset.
Identify recurring questions, friction points, and opportunities to improve user experience and turn those into structured feedback for product and operations.
Design lightweight processes, resources, and touchpoints to guide customers through adoption with minimal manual intervention.
Act as a trusted partner to our early users, making sure they see real value and can confidently integrate Ravical into their workflows.
Work closely with founders and product to define how customer success and support should evolve as we grow.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or support, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-driven tools.
Proactive communicator with strong judgment and the ability to work autonomously across functions.
Analytical and systems-minded, excited to solve user problems by designing scalable, automated experiences.
Experience with Customer Service or Support Software - we use HubSpot Service Hub – is a plus.
