What you’ll do
Work directly with clients, often on-site, to build and deploy Ravical tailored to their environments
Use and maintain our internal MCP factory to rapidly develop custom MCPs across a wide range of tools
Integrate with both modern and legacy systems to help Ravical become fully tool agnostic
Act as the technical bridge between client teams and Ravical’s internal engineering and product teams
Translate messy, real-world problems into reliable software with fast iteration and high ownership
Who you are
You have
5+ years of backend or full-stack experience, ideally in Python and Typescript
Strong background integrating APIs, legacy platforms, and fragmented client ecosystems
Clear, proactive communicator who can manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and regular travel to client sites across Europe
Bonus: experience in consulting, customer engineering, or forward-deployed roles
