What you’ll do
• Own the full sales cycle across Ravical's UK accounting & tax segment, with scope to expand into HR & payroll, insurance brokers, and legal firms as we grow.
• Run consultative discovery and demo conversations with senior buyers: Partners, Client Directors, and C-level at accounting and tax firms.
• Manage and close pipeline developed by the SDR team, while sourcing and progressing your own strategic accounts.
• Partner with management to refine positioning and messaging as we learn what works in market.
• Feed market and product intelligence back to the founding team - objections, competitive signals, what's winning and why.
Who you are
• 4+ years in a closing B2B SaaS AE role in the UK market - full cycle, end to end.
• A track record selling to partners or C-level stakeholders at professional services firms - you understand how they think about efficiency, margins, and client retention, and how to navigate buying decisions that rarely sit with one person.
• Experience selling a new or complex category - you know how to create conviction before a buyer has articulated the problem.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and what it means for how professional services firms will work - you don't need to be technical, but you need to care.
• Nice to have, but not a must: experience in accountancy, tax, HR, payroll, or insurance sectors
