Ravical introduces Client Memory, so the whole team works from the same context

What the firm knows about a client no longer lives in one adviser's head. It is held in one place, kept current, and available to everyone on the client's team.

Ravical, the organisational AI platform for full-service accounting and tax firms, is introducing Client Memory: a single, maintained record of what the firm knows about a client, built up as the work happens, that every agent working on that client draws on automatically.

Most clients are served by more than one person. A partner who owns the relationship, an adviser who does the work, someone in payroll, someone who covers when the others are away. Each of them knows things about the client the others do not. The VAT position that came up two years ago. The standing instruction to always copy the CFO. The restructuring the client keeps asking about. That knowledge sits in inboxes, in individual memories, in the head of whoever happened to handle it. No one working on the client has the full picture, only their own slice of it. Client Memory brings those slices together, so the context behind a client is visible to the whole team instead of split across the people who happen to hold each part.

  • Ravical captures what matters as it works. As Ravical's agents work on a client, they write observations to that client's memory automatically, the facts worth keeping rather than a transcript of everything. Different kinds of observation are captured: a VAT position, an open decision, a standing rule the firm should always follow for this client. An adviser can add to it directly too, and correct anything that is out of date.

  • An agent keeps it consolidated. Memory does not just accumulate into an unreadable pile. Ravical maintains it, merging what is related and keeping the picture current, so what the team sees is a clean account of the client rather than a growing log.

  • The next piece of work starts from it. Client memory grows into a long, detailed record, and it is not built for a person to scroll through. It is built for the agents. Whenever Ravical works on a client, it takes that memory as its starting point, so the work is grounded in what the firm already knows about the client, and the relevant part is surfaced at the moment it matters rather than left for someone to go looking for. Nothing resets to zero, and context compounds instead of being rediscovered each time.

Shared with the team, not the whole firm

Context this rich only works if it stays inside the boundaries the firm already trusts. Client Memory does not open a client up to everyone. It follows the same access a firm already works with, where the people on a client's team are the people who see what the firm knows about that client. Bringing a client's context together in one place widens what the team can draw on, without widening who can reach it.

Context that builds instead of resetting

An agent is only as good as the context it works from. Until now, that context was rebuilt from scratch every time: each new piece of work started cold, with only what the current adviser thought to bring to it. Client Memory changes the starting point. What the firm learns about a client accumulates in one place and is there for the next piece of work automatically, so the agent begins with what is already known rather than from nothing. The understanding of a client compounds over time instead of being rediscovered, and it is shared by everyone on the team rather than held in one person's head. The adviser still owns the relationship and the judgement. What changes is that the context behind it is always there to build on.

Client Memory is available today for all Ravical customers.
