Ravical introduces the Workflow Library, so every firm works from expert-built processes from day one

Ravical, the organisational AI platform for full-service accounting and tax firms, is introducing the Workflow Library: expert-built workflows for the work of an accounting and tax firm, maintained by Ravical and tailored by each firm to how it works.

Every accounting and tax firm runs the same kinds of work, again and again, across its whole client base. Compliance checks, tax reviews, reporting, the preparation that comes before a client conversation. Until now, a firm that wanted AI to take on that work had to design each process itself first, and the result was only as good as the person who set it up. Most firms never got that far. The work stayed manual, the quality varied from one adviser to the next, and AI remained something a few people used on the side.

When we introduced Workflows, we gave firms a way to capture a proven process once. The Workflow Library gives them those proven processes from the start.

• Built by Ravical, for how the work is done in each market. The Workflow Library holds workflows for recurring work across compliance, tax, reporting and client service, from statutory checks to the preparation of client deliverables. Each one is built for the rules and practice of its market, draws on what sits in the firm's connected systems, and brings the adviser to a reasoned result with a source behind every fact.

• Tailored to the firm's own expertise. Every workflow in the Workflow Library is a starting point. The firm adds its own templates, standards and thresholds, adjusts the steps to its way of working, and publishes it to the team. From then on it runs for every adviser the same way, and Ravical offers it whenever the work calls for it.

• The Library keeps growing. Ravical adds new workflows every week, across Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK, so the range of recurring work a firm can hand to Ravical widens without the firm building anything new.

The standard is set before the first run

The quality of a firm's work with AI used to depend on who had set it up and how much time they had. With the Workflow Library, that standard is in place from the start: the process is built by people who know the work, and the firm adds what makes its practice its own. Every adviser works from the same process, every client receives work to the same standard, and the firm's time goes into the judgement that only its advisers can bring. Nothing reaches a client without an adviser reviewing it first.

The Workflow Library is accessible today for all Ravical customers using Workflows, in Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK.
